As many of our products are restocked we would like to encourage customers to use our "notify when back in stock" tool to be notified when restocked. If an item is listed as "sold out" rather than "coming soon" then the customer is less likely to click into the product and use the notify when back in stock tool. We'd love a way where we can differentiate sold-out products from coming soon products and have it show as such on their respective collection/product pages
