Enable and disable videos on desktop and mobile

Can you please add an option to enable and disable videos on desktop and mobile for these two sections: 'Video with text' and 'Video with overlay'
When I upload video, on laptop the flow is smooth but on mobile it isn't. I have a 2 sec loop video showing and on mobile it pauses for a second after it loops again, hope that makes sanse.
