Option to hide section if empty

Using Baseline, I'd love to have an option on sections in the theme editor to hide them for visitors in case the section is empty. In many cases, dynamic sources won't find results across all entries of a certain type of content.
If someone can share a code snippet to achieve this, feel free to do so
